He is survived by: his wife Barbara Paulson (Mashak Roche); his daughters, Leslie, Mike Stahl of Monroe and Kelly Paulson of Springfield; his stepsons, Daniel of Springfield, Tammy Roche of Springfield and David Roche of Springfield; and his brother Don Paulson of Coburg. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
