He is survived by: his brothers, Basil of Wisconsin, Terry (Sandy) of Minnesota, Patrick of Wisconsin and Tom (Joyce) of Wisconsin; his close friend Frank Balaam; his caregiver Amy; and also Nora of Globe, Arizona.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
