We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2022, at the age of 94, Myrtle Yates of Springfield, Oregon passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Molly Norman and Sam Norman; her brother Bill Norman; her stepfather Elmer Taber; and her stepbrother Ben Taber.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Yates; her daughters, Darlene Butterfield (Guy) of Eugene and Glenda Corbett (Steve) of Portland; her stepbrother Earl Taber of Springfield; her granddaughters, Casey Butterfield of Hillsboro, OR, Kelly Scates (Casey) of Eugene, Nicole Guttridge (Brandt) of Sacramento, CA and Lindsay Reiser (Zach); her great grandchildren, Katie, Ben and Brody; and her sister-in-law Mary Norman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
