He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Buck and Maryletta Kauffman (Bush). He is survived by: his wife Pamela Deery; his daughters, Corrie Mayfield and Kristi Kauffman; his stepchildren, Jacob Deery and Kimberly Deery; and his siblings, Karen Sturza, Jim Kauffman and Bob Kauffman.
