He was predeceased by: his siblings, Henry Wall, Ann Parker and Esther Classen. He is survived by: his wife Margie Cross of Portland; and his sisters, Bertha Karge of Montana and Ruth Ortmann of Minnesota. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
