He was predeceased by: his son Roy; and his brother Dean. He is survived by: his spouse Dixie Stephens; his children, Tammie Kramer (Ben) of Chico, CA, Cindy Martin (Ed), Jeannette Lamont (Joe) of Springfield, Jack Jr. (Robin) and Cody (Laura); and his brother Glenn of Kelso, WA.
