He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Marshall (Bud) and Thelma Marshall (Gert). He is survived by: his wife Christine; his son Charles; his brother Bob Marshall (Cheryl); and his sisters-in-law, Vickie Henderson (Bob) of Eugene and Shelley Carlson of Eugene.
