He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Joan Tooker; his sisters, Roberta Mansfield and Marsha Hallett; and his daughters, Dianne MacMillan, Lisa Dilley, Carol Williams and Sheryl Tooker-Dilley. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to the Wounded Warrior Project or other charities that support our veterans.
