It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel James Schmunk of Springfield, Oregon, who passed away on December 27, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Richard Schmunk. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Schmunk (Sieverson); his wife Penny Schmunk (Hanson); his sons, Nathan Schmunk, Tyler Schmunk (Tiffany) and Brandon Schmunk; his family Marcola; his siblings, Richard Schmunk (Deb), Steven Schmunk (Tanya), David Schmunk and Pam Greenwalt; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Schmunk, Sawyer and Sutton Schmunk.

If anyone would like to make a donation in Daniel's name the family requests they be made to Hospice, an organization Penny and Dan felt strongly about.
