He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Vaughan II and Wilma Faye Alley; his mother-in-law Jean Banton; and his grandparents, Harold Vaughn Alley and Bonnie Foster.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Alley; his daughter Heather Hess; his son-in-law Zach Hess of Harrisburg, OR; his son Travis Alley; his daughter-in-law Halie Alley of Winlock, WA; his grandchildren, Hunter Langham, Brodie Hess, Colt Alley, Trenton Hess, Kinzley Alley and Daxtin Hess; his brother H. V. Alley III; his sister-in-law Pamela Alley of Greenleaf, OR; and his brother Rex Alley of Springfield, OR. He is also survived by several nieces', nephews, and cousins.
