It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carleta Fern McCullough (Springfield, Oregon), who passed away on May 29, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Becky Olsen (Rod) of Springfield, Janice Waye (Jim) of Creswell, Kathy Headlee (Mike) of Creswell and Mark McCullough (Nancy Harman) of Springfield; and her siblings, Sally Huffman of JudyBrooks, Robert Brooks, Jim Hart and Ron Hart. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Our mom loved to donate to St. Jude's Children Hospital, so in lieu of flowers please make a donation in her memory.
