She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Harvey and Alice Harvey. She is survived by: her children, Tamera and Jason; her husband Wally; and her stepsons, Barry and Jeffrey. She is also survived by 9 grand children and a great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers Pam would love for donations to be made to the MDA.
