He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lulu Belle Holland and Lee Willey. He is survived by: his wife Darla Beth; his children, Elizabeth Moore (Ivan) of Silverton, Angela Sands of Silverton and David Hubbard of Portland; his grandchildren, Tara Johnson (Chris) of Silverton, Jeremi Moore (Christina) of North Dakota, Joshua Moore of Woodburn, Devon Goodman (Ashley) of Silverton and Lannie Goodman-Wentz of Silverton; and his brother Russell Willey of Illinois. He is also survived by Fourteen Great Grandchildren.
