He is survived by: his wife Karen McBride; his children, Bryan, Lynne and Bruce; his stepchildren, Sue and Steven; and his half-siblings, Kathy Crane and Robert Bischoff. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
