He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Cunningham and Lenore Cunningham; his siblings, Richard Cunningham and Beth Hiestand; and his grandson Brodie Cunningham.
He is survived by: his wife Sandi; his sons, Ryan Cunningham (Angie) of Portland and Casey Cunningham (Michelle Jin) of Portland; his grandchildren, Cade, Paige and Avery Cunningham; and his siblings, Fred Cunningham, Kathy Stine and Mary Drennen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimers Association of Oregon or Meals On Wheels Oregon.
