He is survived by: his wife Chris Burnett; his siblings, Diane Burnett of Pagosa Springs, CO, Terry Appelt of Auburn, IL and Mike Burnett of Springfield, IL; his nephews, Dayton Burnett of Springfield, IL, Blayne Burnett of Denver, CO and Chance Burnett of Springfield, IL; and his pet Bluzee.
