She was predeceased by: her brother Bill; and her parents, William Miller and Margaret Miller. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Waters; and her children, Mike (Jean), Patti, Marg (Alex) and Chris (Peggy). She is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
