He was predeceased by: his wife Betty. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Scroggins and Michael Schaap (Heidi); his siblings, Lorraine Schaap, Phyllis Klein (Richard) and Edgar Schaap (Evadene); and his grandchildren, Isaac Scroggins, Olivia, Jackson and Sophia Schaap.
