He is survived by: his former wife Janice Leavitt; his son David Wayne Johnson (Heidi); his former spouses, Steve, Debbie, Scott, Kathie and James; his wife Marlene Adele Brown; his siblings, Carl Johnson and Ruth Jackson; his daughters, Michelle Tanner (Keith) and Lisa VanDyke (Tom); his stepchildren, Steve Marler, James Marler and Debbie Schweitz; his grandchildren, Krystal Cade, Deniele Cassarubia, Ashley Johnson, Brittney Tanner, Ryan Tanner, Joshua Johnson, Amy Leder, Steve Marler, Paul Duplantier, Bobby Duplantier, Aubrey Nikki Purtill, Brian Marler, Jason Jarrett, Matthew Jarrett and Danny Marler; and also Carl. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
