She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Phillips and Florence Phillips; and her husband Harold Wellman. She is survived by: her children, Betty Lou, Harold, Mike Wellman (Debi) of Silverton, Julie Bystrom (Dale) of Molalla, Lorri Abel (Jim) of Bend, Mary Casqueiro (Gary) of Keizer and Suzanne Toman (Rick) of Carlsbad, CA.. She is also survived by her family & friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests remembrances in Betty Lou's honor be sent to Willamette Valley Hospice.
