He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Neil, Kathryn Ulrich, Stuart Hollanshead and Audrey Heck. He is survived by: his parents, Lee Hollanshead and Carol Hollanshead (Ulrich); his siblings, Anna Barrett (Cory Griswold) of Upper Sandusky and Alex Hollanshead (Christine) of Charlotte, NC.; his nieces, Kathryn Barrett, Hanalei Hollanshead and Olivia Griswold; his nephew Wyatt Barrett; his grandmother Linda Hollanshead; and his aunts, Jo Schick (Randy), Robin Hickman (Lisa), Lisa Ballinger (Doug) and LeAnn Schlecht (Mark).
