He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Edward and Verona Lutz (Borchers) of Sherwood, Oregon.; his son Arnold Lutz; and his siblings, William, Rev. Paul Lutz and Lois Schuerman.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lutz (Johansson); his daughters, Julieann Webb (Steve) of Happy Valley and Tanya Elias of Marana, Arizona; his daughter-in-law Deborah Lutz of Brookings, Oregon; his son Troy Lutz (Michelle) of Gladstone, Oregon; his grandchildren, Christopher, Sara, Clarina Webb, Corrina, Sean Lutz, Joshua Elias and Devyn Lutz; and his great grandchild Hadlee Webb. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the Christ the Vine Lutheran Church Organ Fund.
