He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Garcia Trujillo and Maria Soto; and his wife Victoria Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Diaz; and his children, Jose Antonio Garcia of Mexico, Maria Judith Garcia of Aloha, Ubaldo Garcia of Hillsboro, Esau Garcia of Beaverton, Victor Garcia of Beaverton, Enrique Garcia of Forest Grove, Edith Garcia of Vancouver, Martha Rodriguez of Aloha and Matthew Garcia of North Plains. He is also survived by grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
