He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughters, Lou Ann Nance (Phil) of Redmond, OR, Gwen Werger (Matt) of Newberg, OR and Jill Johnson (Kelly) of Sherwood, OR; his grandchildren, Malea Petrik (Joe), Lucas Johnson (Veronica), Jacob Werger, Natalie Werger and Estuardo Werger; and his great grandchild Graham Petrik.
