He was predeceased by: his father Robert Clement; his stepmother Jane Ann Clement; his mother Beatrice Foster; his son Edward Clement; and his brother Bob Clement.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Clement; his son Jack Clement II (Sarah); his sisters, Charlene Clement, Marla Burdett (Mike) and Shelly Clement (Kent Mayer); and his grandchildren, Amanda Clement, Andrew Clement, Gabriellea Couch (Keifer) and Jack Clement III. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
