He is survived by: his parents, Richard Plowman and Irene Plowman; his wife Teresa Plowman; his children, Carrie Ann Plowman (Todd Carver) of Molalla, Oregon and Darin Dale Plowman of Portland; his stepson Rick Miller (Erika) of Lake Oswego, Oregon; and his brothers, Richard Plowman of Costa Rica, Jerry Miller of Sequim, WA. and Mark Plowman of Long Beach, WA.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
