He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl and Betty; and his brother Jerry. He is survived by: his children, Michele, Christy and Patrick; and his grandchildren, Garrett, Lewis, Hayden and Regan. He is also survived by son, father, brother, grandfather and friend.
