He is survived by: his father Allen James (Jim); his spouse Kirsten Anne Hollenbeck (Miller); his children, Aaron, Andrew and Alyssa; his siblings, Carolee Carpenter (Jim) and Todd; his mother-in-law Carol Miller; and his brother-in-law David (Carisa Miller). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
