He is survived by: his wife Carol Marcy; his children, Shalline Chism (Chuck), Waldport, Scott Vernon (Diane), Beaverton and Gayle Seely (David); his grandchildren, Stephanie Herd (Tim) and Allison Garcia (Ryan); and his great grandchildren, Layla, Olivia, Ryan James Garcia and Asa Herd.
