She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Caligiore and Ida Caligiore (Francescato); her brother Richard Caligiore; and her grandson Austyn Lee McFadden. She is survived by: her husband Jim Provance; her children, Andrea Marie McFadden (Doug), James Timothy Provance (Alecia) and Christopher Michael Provance; her grandchildren, Kailee Paige, Jaycee Marie, Kynzee JoLynn McFadden, Kelsey May, James Brennan, Madison Raelyn Provance, Shaelynn Autumn Provance and Cathryne; her sister Toni Marie Van Alstine (Bill); and her nieces and nephews, Clare Sullivan (Larry), Yvonne Kling (David), Dr. Andrew Van Alstine (Lyn) and Joe Van Alstine (Cindi).
