It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Kaye Boatner of Scotts Mills, Oregon, born in Peach Orchard, Arkansas, who passed away on January 19, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Jim Boatner; and her children, Debra Barnard, James Boatner (Julie), John Boatner (Rhonda), Stephanie Shackelford (Matthew) and Robert Boatner. She is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
