He was predeceased by: his father Jack Woodall; and his brothers, Albert and Tom. He is survived by: his mother Eleanor Woodall; his wife Terry McCurdy; his sons, John (Taya), Jake and Eric; and his siblings, Kathy, Leanna, Alice Chisholm (Tom), Valora Eastman (Mark), Vern and Ed (Paula). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
