He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cieslinski and Maxine Cieslinski; and his brother Jim Cieslinski. He is survived by: his former spouse Karlyn Finnell; his wife Kathy Miller; his children, Kacie Cieslinski, Clayton, Colton and Brenton Cieslinski; and his brother Cork Cieslinski. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Thomas Marsh Cieslinski passed on October 26, 2021 at his home in Scappoose, Oregon, after a 14-year battle with Parkinson's disease.
