She is survived by: her husband Tom Heckman; her children, Chuck Heckman (Lisa Heckman), Shantel McIntyre (James McIntyre) and Marcie Heckman; her siblings, Lenny Templin (Kerrie), Burnett Samples, Joni Smith and Renea Templin; and her grandchildren, John Blake, Tony Blake, Maddie Stump, Erik Woodruff (Amanda), Mathew Stump, Nicole Woodruff, Lauren Heckman and Jerrid Heckman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and 19 great-grandchildren.
