She was predeceased by: her husband Jack L. Mullican; and her father Arthur Vawser (Art). She is survived by: her mother Thelma Vawser; her sons, Tim Mullican (Pamela) and Todd Mullican (Leah); her grandchildren, Christina Siroky, Blaine Mullican and Eileen Mullican; and her sisters, Glenda Heimuller (George) and Gladys Miken (Jim). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a host of family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
