He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Levin and Selma Levin; and his siblings, Lawrence and Doris. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his sons, Brad and Greg; and his siblings, Robert, Marilyn, Janice, Sue Carol, Rita and Nancy. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Caples House (1915 1st St, Columbia City, OR 97018).
