He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Zimmerman Shaub and Nora May Hursh Shaub; and his siblings, Walter, Miriam, Irene, Ammon, Mabel, Anna Mary, Lizzie and Charlotte.
He is survived by: his children, Dustin Shaub (Sabra) and Megan Forsythe (Henry); his grandchildren, Henry Forsythe Jr. and Stella Shaub; his sisters, Nora Mae Kilheffer (Harold), Ada Bender and Arlene Giberson (late Robert); and his sister-in-law Dorothy (Sandra Shaub) of Pennsylvania.
