She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward McBride and Royle McBride; her great grandchild Yvonne; her husband Alvin Dale May; her brother Edward McBride; her son-in-law Scott Brockmueller; and her grandchildren, Leland Angier and Sharla Angier.

She is survived by: her children, Derrick "Ric" May (Valorie), Terese Brockmueller, Jacob May (Nicole) and Jody Angier (Daniel); her grandchildren, Rob May, Natalie May, Loriana May, Katelyn May, Rachelle Angier, Courtney May, James Angier, Nate May, Jessa May, Lucas May and Brody May; and her great grandchildren, Kaiden May and Alicia Royle Daly.
