He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Albert J. Lamke and Helen Lamke; and his brother Brian Lamke. He is survived by: his sisters, Nola Lamke of Colton and Lynne Fischer of Sandy. He is also survived by 4 nieces and 1 nephew with many more great nieces, nephews and one great great niece.
