He is survived by: his wife Deborah Boucher Hager; his former wife Faith O'Hara Piatt; his siblings, Karl Hager, Anton Hager (Nancy), Karyn Morrison (Bill) and Kyna Marks (Ken); and his children, River Alchemy, Konrad and Kevin.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Konrad's honor may be given to the American Cancer Society.
