He is survived by: his mother LouJean Belle Slack; his wife Diane; his daughters, Amy Searls and Jennifer Mayes (Joshua); his grandchildren, Logan and Sierra; and his siblings, Greg Slack (Mary) and Tamera Slack. He is also survived by one nephew and two nieces.
