He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter W. Ivie and Margaret A. Ivie. He is survived by: his wife Donna Siemens; and his children, Sharon Cotner (Bob), Alan Ivie (Lore), Julie Sundvall (Glenn), Carol Schmidt (Jim) and Connie Johnson (Gary). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
