He was predeceased by: his parents, Pat McFadden and Betty Haynes; and his brothers, Kevin McFadden (Mack), Carl Haynes and Leland Haynes.
He is survived by: his wife Shannon; his siblings, Roger McFadden (Lori), Sue McFadden, Margie Porter (Rex) and Carla Berrier (Richard); and his children, Clint McFadden (Rachel), Jeff McFadden (Betsy), Troy Applebery, Eric Carpenter, Heather McFadden and Janene Serpa (Vito).
