He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James A. Harris and Mary M. Whitfield; his wife Delores Harris; his children, Mark Harris and Shannon Lane; his siblings, Butch Harris of Farmington, NM and Kathleen Hilterman of Houston, TX.; his stepsister Nadine Daniel of Farmington, NM.; his child-in-law Bev Harris; his granddaughter Blair Harris; his great grandchild Brailey; his son-in-law Mike Lane; his grandsons, Nathaniel and Jeremy Lane; his great grandchildren, Liam and Carter; his stepchildren, Roger Bradford, Tammy Crawford and Tracie Rye; and his former wife Jil Harris.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to organizations close to Jim's heart: the Humane Society, which helped him adopt many beloved pets, and Honoring Heroes, the group behind the charitable rides he so passionately participated in.
