He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Roth and Verna Roth. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Judy Tower (Paul), Linda Collins (Tim), Rick Roth (Annette), Randy Roth (Debbie) and Cindy Zimmerman (David); and his siblings, Cecil, Joanne, Doris, Diana and Darlene. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 22 great grandchildren.
