She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Burks and Dorothy Minnie Ferguson; her former husband Vonley Jeffers; and her husband David Philp. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Nicole Phelps (Jon), Mathew Jeffers, Teresa Jeffers, Samantha Jeffers, Zachary Jeffers and Ricci Swift. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
