He is survived by: his wife Rita Monkman Tarr; his sons, Douglas Scheibe (Samantha) and Kevin Scheibe; his stepsons, Dr. Jon Tarr and Kyle Tarr (Amy); his granddaughter Olivia; his stepdaughters, Carrie Conard and Michelle Hayes; his stepgrandchildren, Ian and Abby Conard; his nephew Matthew Higgins (Monica); and his pet Missy. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
