She was predeceased by: her parents, William Young and Dorothy Young; and her brother William. She is survived by: her husband David MacDonald. She is also survived by her family, friends.

In honor of Day's memory and in lieu of remembrances, the family kindly requests donations to be made to the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance.
