He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, David Jr. (Mary), Diane (Russ), Roger (Jean), Lisa (Rick) and Dana (Jim); his grandchildren, Stephen, Brandon, Samantha, Kimberly, Christopher, Brian, Melanie, Kevin, Mariah and Miles; and his sister Evelyn. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren, numerous relatives and friends.
