He was predeceased by: his father Jack Smith. He is survived by: his mother Carol Smith; his wife Karen; his siblings, Kelly Smith (Lisa) and Laura Fleming (Karen Smith); his children, Casey and Kalena; and his grandchildren, Lila Smith and Atwood Erickson.
